A very rare opportunity to purchase a complete private village of 14 townhouses situated in what was once a functioning white countryside hamlet overlooking the lake with a lovely cobbled street leading to each house. These beautiful rustic style houses vary in sizes and number of bedrooms, all have terraces with the most stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Lake Viñuela. Parts of the village are up to 800 years old and the current owner has done a great job reforming the houses whilst keeping the village's original charm and history. Within this peaceful countryside hamlet there is a pool, gardens with lots of pretty seating areas, an industrial kitchen a large communal area, a laundry room and staff accommodation. This rural complex can comfortably sleep 49 guests and is located close to Lake Viñuela and within walking distance of local restaurants and a supermarket. The houses are currently rented individually and also to large groups of musicians, artists and yoga groups, they have also hosted several weddings. The area is very popular for hiking, mountain biking, water sports and horse riding and is just 45 minutes from Malaga airport. This collection of properties is really unique and stunning and have to be visited to appreciate what they have to offer.
