The application stores the filters you apply in the page URL so search results can be shared and revisited. If you submit an enquiry, your name, email address, message text, and the property reference you mention are included in the email draft or contact action you initiate.
Server logs may also record technical information such as IP address, browser metadata, and request timing for security, rate limiting, and service reliability.
Search parameters are used to return matching listings. Contact details are used only to respond to property enquiries. Technical request data is used to protect the service, investigate failures, and monitor uptime.
Listing data is synchronized from an external source database. Map views can load Google Maps resources. Optional analytics can be enabled separately. These providers may process technical request data according to their own policies.
Operational logs and enquiry records should be retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, follow-up, and legal compliance. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data processed through direct enquiries, subject to applicable law.
