Discover unparalleled luxury living in this cutting-edge modern home, nestled on a mountainside plot within the brand-new and soon-to-be prestigious El Lago Project in Real de La Quinta. Positioned in an exclusive gated community, the residence offers uninterrupted panoramic sea views, extending across Gibraltar, the North African coastline, and down towards the El Lago development. Here, sleek architectural design blends seamlessly with the natural landscape, epitomising the pinnacle of contemporary living. The offered plot measures 3,085 m² and comes with a full build licence granted by Benahavís Town Hall, along with a complete project design. With a permitted footprint of up to 710 m² including basement, the current design features four bedrooms plus an array of state-of-the-art amenities: a spa, indoor pool, sauna, gym, cinema room, library, and more. Its southwest orientation ensures bright, sun-filled interiors and unforgettable sunsets over the Mediterranean. Extensive retaining walls have already been completed, saving the buyer an estimated €200–€250,000 plus IVA in additional costs, full project with build license is in place, alternatively new project can be submitted with build licence taking 2-3 months to obtain, if current style design doesn't suit. The wider El Lago Project promises to be one of the most sought-after addresses on the Costa del Sol, offering unrivalled views and exclusive access to extraordinary amenities: a 5 Banyan Tree Hotel & Resort*, a 36,000 m² non-motorised water sports lake, a man-made beach and lagoon, next-generation golf courses, padel courts, restaurants, and vibrant social hubs. A new connecting road, already half completed, will link the gated resort directly to Nueva Andalucía via La Cerquilla, reducing travel times and enhancing accessibility. This is a rare opportunity to secure a residence in a world-class setting, without paying premium rates for an already completed home.
