€1,180,000
Offering an extraordinary investment opportunity, this 2,200 m² plot sits above the prestigious El Lago Project in Real de La Quinta, within a secure gated country club estate. From this privileged elevated position, owners will enjoy panoramic views of Gibraltar, the North African coastline, La Zagaleta, and the surrounding mountains, as well as breathtaking sunsets thanks to its west-facing orientation. The plot allows for a total internal build of 462 m² including basement. A conceptual design is already in place, though buyers also have the flexibility to create their own bespoke villa project. Significant groundwork has already been completed: the plot has been flattened and a large retaining wall constructed, saving the buyer an estimated €200–€250,000 plus IVA in preparation costs. The Future of Real de La Quinta – El Lago Project The El Lago Project promises to transform Marbella’s lifestyle landscape, mirroring the prestige of La Reserva in Sotogrande but with a contemporary twist. Highlights include: A 36,000 m² recreational lake with non-motorised water sports (paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing). A man-made sandy beach and lagoon. Full gym, spa and wellness facility. A new concept golf course featuring a mix of par 3, 4 and 5 holes. A 5-star Banyan Tree Hotel, fitness and wellness centre. Tennis and padel courts. A selection of dining and leisure facilities for day and night. A new road connection, already half complete, linking directly to Nueva Andalucía for faster travel times. This is more than just a plot, it is the chance to be part of Marbella’s next landmark development. Whether you wish to build your dream home or invest in a villa to resell, the opportunity for capital appreciation here is exceptional.
