Finca - Cortijo

Description

Located in the heart of the beautiful natural landscape of the Axarquia, this unique finca is located in Totalán, a quiet Andalusian village just 30 minutes from the centre of Malaga and the airport.   The property has approximately 52,995 m2 of land and offers a wide variety of Mediterranean vegetation and fruit trees, including mangoes, avocados and different grape varieties. The finca has electricity and drinking water from a spring.   The house has been partially modernised inside and offers approximately 64 m2 built. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a cosy modern living room with lots of natural light and a very pleasant atmosphere.   Access to the property is convenient and much of the land offers multiple possibilities of use, whether as a private retreat, self-sufficient finca or investment in the heart of nature in the Axarquía.   One of the great attractions of the property is located in the lower part of the land, next to the river: the remains of an old oil mill that add history and authentic character to this very special estate.   A unique opportunity for those looking for tranquillity, nature and the authentic Andalusian lifestyle, without giving up the proximity of the coast and the city.   We will be happy to introduce you to this dream property very soon, either in person ‌or ‌via ‌a ‌virtual viewing. ‌Because this world ‌is unique, ‌just ‌like ‌our ‌Axarquía. In Andalusia. On the Costa ‌del Sol. Here, ‌on ‌the ‌sunny ‌side ‌of ‌life... ‌
