Finca - Cortijo

Description

The Cortijo de la Finca "El Recreo" is a house more than 100 years old, in which all the elements of the typical Andalusian Cortijo-Houses have been preserved. It has a central Andalusian courtyard, which leads to the ground floor, to the kitchen-room, where there is a wood-fired oven and a modern industrial cold room. From the central patio there is access to the living-dining room and two other rooms currently used as offices. A staircase from the courtyard leads to the 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the main house. The house has a total of 300 square metres which could be used as a restaurant/bar, as well as its bedrooms, after renovation, as a small rural hotel. It also has 2 independent flats with living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The most interesting of this property, together with its 20 stables, is the equestrian and warm-up track, as well as the different areas of hayloft, shower area for the horses, outbuildings such as hangars-breeding stables etc., makes it an ideal place to create a holiday Equestrian Club, as it has in its 32.000m2 the possibility to create an Andalusian Village of 112 houses, as it is considered as BUILDABLE LAND by the Town Hall of Velez-Malaga. It has 2 registered water wells with a water deposit of 100.000L covered, apart from water from the Town Hall with three deposits for this water reserve. A project around the world of horse riding and holiday rental housing makes the investment a novel project on the Costa del Sol and its beaches which are only one kilometre away and next to the village of Almayate which has all the services. Torre ‌del ‌Mar ‌and ‌its shopping ‌centres are only ‌3 kilometres ‌away, ‌the ‌golf ‌course "Añoreta" is only 10 minutes ‌away and Malaga ‌International ‌Airport ‌is ‌only ‌35 ‌minutes ‌away.
