Semi-Detached House

Description

SEMI-DETACHED RENOVATION FINCA WITH ALMOST 19 HECTARES AND PANORAMIC MOUNTAIN VIEWS Between Comares and Colmenar, Málaga A rare opportunity to transform an authentic semi-detached Andalusian finca into a remarkable country home, surrounded by almost 19 hectares of private land and spectacular views across the Montes de Málaga. Set in an elevated rural position between the picturesque villages of Comares and Colmenar, the property combines an exceptional amount of land with tranquillity, natural beauty and enormous renovation potential. Please note that the house is semi-detached. The sale comprises the right-hand section of the building shown in the photographs. The adjoining property on the left belongs to a different owner and is not included in the sale. THE HOUSE The existing house requires complete renovation, although its structure is reported to be in good condition. It is arranged over two floors, each currently providing a generous open-plan space of approximately 70 m². As both floors are largely open, the future owner has considerable freedom to create a layout tailored to their own requirements. The Property Registry records a total built area of 195 m², described partly as residential accommodation and partly as storage. A substantial extension previously stood beside the house. The owner removed this structure with the intention of rebuilding it but was unable to complete the project due to personal circumstances. As the original built area remains recorded in the Property Registry, there may be interesting reconstruction potential, subject to technical and legal verification and the necessary municipal approvals. CREATE YOUR OWN ANDALUSIAN RETREAT Concept plans and AI-generated visualisations have been prepared to demonstrate what the property could become after renovation. The ideas include a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, several bedrooms and bathrooms, large glazed openings, generous terraces and a roof terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. These images are intended to help buyers visualise the possibilities. They represent design concepts only and do not show the property in its current condition. The illustrated works are not included in the asking price. ALMOST 19 HECTARES OF LAND The finca extends across 189,920 m², equivalent to approximately 18.992 hectares, and consists mainly of dry agricultural land with an extensive olive grove. A track runs through the entire estate, providing access to its different areas. The size and layout of the land offer privacy, tranquillity and numerous possibilities for agricultural, recreational or lifestyle use. LOCATION AND ACCESS The finca is situated in the countryside between Comares and Colmenar, approximately 45 minutes by car from Málaga. Access is via approximately six kilometres of compacted rural track through the characteristic rolling landscape of inland Málaga. A suitable vehicle is recommended for comfortable access. Its elevated position and favourable orientation provide abundant natural light and wide-open views across the valleys and mountains of the Montes de Málaga. WATER AND ELECTRICITY Mains electricity is connected. There is currently no mains water connection. However, according to the owner, there is an old well on the finca that could potentially be reconnected. Its condition, capacity, water quality and legal or registration status have not yet been verified and should be investigated by the buyer. Water storage tanks can also be installed and filled by local tanker suppliers, which is a common and practical solution for rural properties in this part of Andalucía.
