Semi-Detached House

Description

Independent house, Caleta de Vélez boasts of being the most important fishing port in the province of Malaga. You can walk along the pier and see how the fishermen prepare their fising nets and, at dawn, enjoy watching the fishing boats come in to arrive with their catch. Along the promenade there are restaurants and bars where you can taste typical dishes and fresh fish from the area. It also has a marina for recreational boats. If you wish to have one, it would be almost on your doorstep. From the port you can walk to Torre del Mar by one of the best promenades in Spain. In the town there are all kinds of shops, and on Saturday mornings the market is set up, where you can find typical ceramics, clothing, fruit and artisan foods from the region. Less than ten minutes walk to the port is this fantastic property. It has a huge plot in which the house has the particularity of being on one of the corners, so the exterior space is very well utilised. A large swimming pool, where the sun shines throughout the whole day, together with a beautiful wood gazzebo with a table for eight or ten and a built-in barbecue, will create unforgettable moments with family and friends. Entering the house, to the right of the hall, is a bedroom that is used as an office. On the left you enter a spacious living room with a fireplace and one of the bedrooms; the other is opposite the main door. The two bedrooms are spacious and each one has its ensuite bathroom and a large dressing room. From the living room there is access to a kitchen, very bright and modern, with the highest quality appliances. From the kitchen you can exit to the back of the house where the laundry room is and a bathroom for outdoor use. The ground floor consists of two rooms. One is a television and games room, and the other one is a music room. On this floor there is also a bathroom. It has an independent street exit, to a private outdoor parking, apart from the two garages. The qualities used in this house are exceptional. The floors, the doors, the marble, the tyles ... everything is the best that the market has to offer. There is the possibility of building a third floor.
