**A Home to Fall in Love With — Renovated Three-Bedroom Penthouse in Calahonda** Morning coffee with a glimpse of the sea, relaxed afternoons on your private solarium and cosy evenings beside a working fireplace. This beautifully maintained penthouse brings together the space, comfort and outdoor living that make a home on the Costa del Sol so special. Set within a green, established community surrounded by La Siesta Golf, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been thoughtfully renovated and lovingly cared for. From the moment you step inside, that care is evident: generous rooms, natural light throughout and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to imagine settling straight in. The spacious living and dining area opens through new sliding glass doors onto a private terrace, creating a lovely connection between indoors and out. With space for dining, a built-in barbecue and sea views, it is somewhere you will find yourself spending time in every season. A spiral staircase leads to the private solarium, offering another outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. Inside, the renovated kitchen and two newly fitted bathrooms bring everyday comfort, while fitted wardrobes, electric shutters on all windows and hot-and-cold air conditioning add practicality. The working fireplace gives the living room a particularly inviting feel during the cooler months. The community is equally well cared for, with beautiful landscaped gardens, three swimming pools and communal parking. Its setting offers a wonderful balance of greenery and activity: La Siesta Golf clubhouse is next door, and Club del Sol’s tennis, padel and squash facilities are right on your doorstep. The beach is also within walking distance, although the uphill return may tempt you to take a taxi home. Currently enjoyed as a holiday home, the penthouse is equally suited to year-round living. For buyers considering rental potential, the community allows short-term rentals; however, the property does not currently hold a tourist licence. **Please note:** the penthouse is on the second floor without a lift, and there are additional steps within the urbanisation. Spacious, full of character and ready to move into, this is a penthouse whose appeal goes beyond its features. It feels like a home—and deserves to be experienced in person.
