A beautiful South West facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex penthouse with open golf views and an abundance of natural light throughout. The property feels more like a 'Townhouse’ as you have your own front door rather than a shared entrance. On entering the property there is open plan kitchen, living and dining area. From here you access onto the West facing double width terrace measuring approx.13 square metres. From here there are amazing elevated open golf and countryside views. For convenience, there is a bathroom on this level which is very useful particularly if you are returning from the pool/beach. There is also a small storage room on this level under the staircase. There is a very well planned, recently refitted kitchen including high end Bosch appliances. Upstairs there are 2 full bedrooms and a full shared bathroom. The main bedroom has its own private terrace and sea and golf views. From this level you have access to a large roof terrace which has water and electric connections. There is plenty of space for patio furniture and a barbecue, sink, outdoor fridge etc depending on how you wish to use the space and you have amazing sea, golf and countryside views. The community is secure and gated and the pools and gardens are immaculate. There is covered parking throughout the whole development as well as extra space for guest parking.
