Middle Floor Apartment

Description

A 150 m² apartment, entirely renovated and ready to move into, on the front line of Puerto Banús marina. It sits on the fourth floor with lift access and open views over the marina, the yachts and the white rooftops of the port. The property has been completely refurbished and is handed over turnkey: pale wood floors, white joinery, high-end finishes and carefully designed lighting. The living and dining room is open-plan and opens onto the terrace through a large window; the kitchen is fully fitted and integrated into the living area, with new appliances and a continuous worktop. The layout comprises three bedrooms, all outward-facing and with fitted wardrobes, and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. The bathrooms are finished in microcement and natural stone, with glass screens and concealed taps. The property is sold fully furnished, with furniture chosen for this particular apartment. The terrace is what defines the home: wide, sunny and with a table for six, it looks straight onto the port and the outline of La Concha. It is where you have breakfast, lunch and watch the sun set over the marina. The building has five floors, a lift that goes directly down to the garage and a private parking space in the basement. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Puerto Banús needs no introduction: moorings, restaurants, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton and Dior at ‌street ‌level, ‌Levante ‌beach a ‌five-minute walk away, ‌and El ‌Corte ‌Inglés ‌and ‌Nueva Andalucía immediately behind. Central Marbella ‌is ten minutes ‌by ‌car ‌and ‌Málaga ‌airport ‌around ‌forty-five.
