A rare find for this part of the city: a light, well-proportioned 50 m² apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and its own private rooftop terrace. The terrace is what sets this one apart — a genuinely private outdoor space in central Málaga, perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply somewhere quiet above the street. Inside, the apartment is bright and efficiently laid out, with a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom and air conditioning in both the bedroom and the sitting room. It also includes a separate storage room and, unusually for the area, a parking space — something anyone who has tried to park in central Málaga will immediately appreciate. The setting is a quiet residential street, yet the historic centre, Calle Larios and the port are all an easy walk away. La Trinidad is one of Málaga's most characterful and fastest-improving barrios, offering real local life at a fraction of centre prices. Equally suited as a first home, a low-maintenance city base, or an investment.
