Middle Floor Apartment

Description

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE A 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM APARTMENT IN MEDHILLS, FUENGIROLA Save on purchase costs - transfer tax applies, with lighting and bathrooms already finished. The apartment has a southwest orientation and 78m² in total, with a particularly generous terrace that extends the living space outdoors and enjoys plenty of afternoon and evening sun. Inside, the property has a bright, contemporary feel with an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Since taking delivery of the apartment, the current owners have also added lighting and completed the bathrooms. A private parking space and storage room are included. Med Hills is a modern, gated residential community with controlled access, three outdoor swimming pools, landscaped green areas, children playground and sun terraces with loungers and parasols. Residents also have access to a wellness area with sauna, gym, changing rooms and additional communal facilities. Another important advantage is that this is now a resale property rather than a purchase directly from the developer, meaning the applicable purchase taxes are lower than those payable on a brand-new property. With no 2-bedroom apartments remaining for sale directly ‌from ‌the ‌developer, ‌this is ‌an excellent opportunity ‌for anyone ‌specifically ‌looking ‌for ‌this layout within Med Hills.
