Description

A finca for sale in Cajiz, Malaga, with a total area of 37,714 m2. This property is ideal for agriculture, especially focused on mango production, as it is home to 2,100 trees of the Keitt variety, recognized for its high productivity and demand in the market. As for water resources, the farm is equipped with a robust infrastructure: it has a cistern with a capacity of 500,000 liters of water, ensuring a constant supply. It also has 3 wells, two of which are drilled, which guarantees permanent access to groundwater, while the third well is specifically designed to collect water from the lane, thus optimizing the use of rainfall and surface water. Another great added value is the presence of a large capacity reservoir, with a storage volume of 4.5 million liters, which reinforces water autonomy for irrigating crops throughout the year, even in times of drought.
