Traditional Cortijo on 30,000 m² Plot – Renovation Project This is a rare opportunity to restore a classic rural cortijo set in a quiet, scenic location. The area is peaceful and secluded, making it a perfect setting for a rural retreat. Practical features include: - Parking for several vehicles - A 6-metre deep drinking water cistern - A recently renovated traditional well - Electricity connected - Water supply is provided through two shares from the Irrigation Community, delivering approximately 17,000 litres per week. Additionally, there are plans to build a 100,000-litre water tank, which would further secure water access. - The property is fully legalised with title deeds, and is located just 15 minutes from the coast, allowing easy access to beaches and coastal amenities.
