Contemporary villa project in the peaceful residential neighbourhood of Lomas de Mijas, close to Mijas Pueblo. Designed to enjoy sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea, coastline and mountains, the home combines clean architectural lines with open living spaces and an emphasis on comfort and energy efficiency. The proposed design offers approximately 513.04 m² of built space on a 600 m² plot, with four en-suite bedrooms arranged across two main levels. The upper level will accommodate the main living area, featuring an open-plan lounge, dining space and kitchen connecting to the terraces, garden and private swimming pool. This layout makes the most of the views from the principal living spaces. The main bedroom suite will also occupy this level, with its own bathroom and private patio, alongside a guest toilet, pantry and laundry room. The lower level will provide three further en-suite bedrooms, a second lounge, a gym area, garden spaces and a private garage. A lift is also planned to connect both floors. Proposed specifications include underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump system for heating and cooling, photovoltaic panels, home automation and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The planned finishes combine large-format porcelain flooring, a designer kitchen and high-performance external glazing, reflecting the project's focus on energy-conscious design. An opportunity to create a modern home on the Costa del Sol, within a residential setting offering convenient access to Fuengirola, the beaches and local amenities. The purchase is structured as an initial acquisition of the plot followed by a construction contract, with the buyer acting as the self-developer and making staged payments against certified construction progress. The building licence has not yet been granted. Areas, layouts and specifications remain subject to the final project and contractual terms.
