A fantastic opportunity to acquire a country property with some of the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounding countryside and mountains. The elevated position provides an ever-changing backdrop, making the views one of the property's most outstanding features. The accommodation comprises three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room, and a lovely terrace from which to enjoy the spectacular scenery. Outside, there is a private swimming pool, a large terrace ideal for al fresco dining, and an outdoor kitchen, creating the perfect setting for entertaining family and friends while taking in the incredible views. Set on a plot of approximately 4,985m², the land is planted with around 80 mango trees, 25 avocado trees, and a variety of fruit trees including lemon, orange, loquat, almond and olive trees. An irrigation system is already in place, and the property benefits from two water shares. Adding to the property's charm and unique character are a few mini-golf (crazy golf) holes, providing a fun feature for both adults and children and a great way to enjoy the outdoor space. The property is fully registered and is being sold without a DAFO. Whilst the property would benefit from some updating, it offers excellent potential to create a wonderful permanent residence, holiday home or investment property. Given the desirability of this location and the exceptional views, any improvements made are likely to be well rewarded. Located just 10 minutes from Torrox Pueblo via a fully concreted road, the property enjoys peace, privacy and stunning surroundings, whilst remaining within easy reach of amenities. Please note that the access road includes an incline.
