In the sought-after area of Tablazos, between Frigiliana and Nerja, you will find this cosy and charming villa that offers both comfort and character. The house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room full of personality, and a beautifully renovated kitchen that invites both everyday living and social gatherings. Thanks to six air-conditioning units, the indoor climate is always pleasant, and with the recently installed 14 solar panels, electricity consumption remains low year-round. The house also offers three fireplaces that not only provide warmth but add a cosy atmosphere. The outdoor areas are equally appealing. Surrounding the house are several lovely terraces, some with beautiful mountain views, and from the upper terrace you can even catch a glimpse of the sea. The private pool naturally becomes the heart of the home on sunny days, and the well-kept garden with its fruit trees creates a lush and welcoming atmosphere. From the small rooftop terrace you can see the Mediterranean glimmer, but the magnificent mountains are just as wonderful to admire. For those who value practical spaces, there is a spacious double garage of 54 sqm, plenty of outdoor parking options, and a storage or hobby room of around 10 sqm with a window and natural light. The location is ideal for those who want to live close to everything yet still enjoy peace and quiet. In just about 3 km you can reach Nerja by car in around 5 minutes, and charming Frigiliana is only about 6 km away. Thanks to the convenient motorway connection, Málaga Airport is also accessible in approximately 45 minutes — perfect for both residents and visitors. The owners share what it’s like to live in this fantastic property: "Living in Casa La Parra in Tablazos means, for us, that we have found ‘a corner of paradise,’ just as the previous owner described it when we moved here eight years ago. Coming home to our beautiful and peaceful house feels especially wonderful after spending a few hours in the lovely and lively town of Nerja, with its wide range of restaurants and shops open all year round — or after visiting one of the many beautiful beaches. We have equally enjoyed the fantastic hiking trails that start right by the house. A small path from the property leads us down to the Rio Higuerón and further along the river to Nerja in a half-hour walk, or upwards along the river to the stunningly beautiful village of Frigiliana. Another thing we have loved is being able to walk out into the beautifully terraced garden and pick various fruits directly from the trees. Here you’ll find avocados almost year-round, olives, lemons, mandarins, clementines, grapes, bananas, nísperos, kaki, cherimoya, three types of figs, pomegranates, almonds, eucalyptus, and mango. The floral display is also wonderful here when the different colors of bougainvillea, roses, oleander, and hibiscus bloom. One more positive reflection is that when you live in Casa La Parra, you get the best neighbors imaginable ????." This is a home that combines quality of life and functionality in the best possible way – an ideal residence for anyone seeking a peaceful lifestyle on the Costa del Sol while still being close to both Frigiliana’s charm and the Mediterranean beaches.
