The bathrooms are equally refined, enhanced by premium Ritmonio taps, combining functional excellence with Italian design. One of the villa's key conveniences is direct access from the private garage into the home, providing discreet and secure entry for residents. There are three private parking spaces, ensuring comfort for both homeowners and guests. Step outside to enjoy the large saltwater infinity pool, strategically positioned to face south and enjoy all-day sun. The surrounding terraces and landscaped gardens offer ample space for entertaining or relaxing in the Mediterranean climate. A glass-framed terrace leads seamlessly from the living room, offering a breathtaking backdrop for al fresco dining or quiet evenings spent under the stars. Beyond the villa itself, the location of Pinares de San Antón is among the most desirable residential areas on the Costa del Sol, thanks to its elevated setting, exclusive gated communities, and serene environment. This area is renowned for its spacious detached homes and elegant architectural styles that range from modern minimalist to Mediterranean charm. Properties here are set amidst pine-covered hills, providing a lush, green environment that contrasts beautifully with the nearby coastline. Villa Olivo is only 7 minutes by car from the vibrant energy of Malagueta Beach and the cultural offerings of central Málaga. Within minutes, residents can enjoy the galleries of the Centro Pompidou, fine dining in Muelle Uno, or local favourites like El Pimpi and La Deriva.
