Detached Villa

Description

Unique property for sale in Frigiliana countryside. This breathtaking immense complex is made up of three villas (one independent and the main is two villas in one) with a total of 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and two separate stable buildings, (13 individual stables of ample size), two swimming pools and three paddocks, one of which is equestrian size approx 40x20m. The villas have been kept to a high standard with modern style and rustic feel, they are ready to move in as well as the maintained equestrian area. The houses have been built on a large scale with more than ample size bedrooms, living areas and outdoor space. It is more of a ranch in the Andalusia countryside covering 13,441m2. There are several terraces, two barbecue areas to enjoy that all important al fresco dining. In the living rooms of both houses there are large wood burning fireplaces for the cooler evenings. There are two large swimming pools one which is 1400m2 with seaviews and mountain views. What makes the property so amazing and unique is its huge land area and everything on the same level without slopes. The location is between seaside village of Nerja and picturesque mountain village of Frigiliana. It also has great links to visit other areas in Andalusia such as: Granada, Seville, Malaga, Ronda and Marbella. In the winter months you can enjoy skiing in Sierra Nevada as well as the sun on the beaches of Nerja. The potential for this property is endless: A boutique hotel, ranch, venue for events (with ample parking areas), group holidays, the list goes on. Or simply move in and appreciate it as it is. It has previously been used as an upmarket Bed and Breakfast and the stables rented out privately for an income. There is still room to extend as the basement of the main house is untouched and could be converted into two apartments with their own outside space. Seeing is believing, we have included an ‌up ‌to ‌date ‌virtual tour ‌of the property ‌and can ‌always ‌arrange ‌a ‌viewing if you are interested. Do ‌not hesitate to ‌contact ‌us ‌if ‌you ‌have ‌any ‌questions?
