Description

You are looking for a large villa with a heated swimming pool, neatly hidden nearly at the top of a mountain, surrounded by nature with breath-taking views of the valley up to the sea and the village of Arenas? This might just be what you are looking for. At the entry of the property, you find a covered parking space for at least 6 cars and a workshop. From there you step onto a wide porch that surrounds the whole property. In the centre of the house, that ́s all on one level, you find an office, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one on-suite), 2 kitchens, an open bbq space, a large sitting/dining room and more sitting areas with views to the outside through French doors. Around the porch there is an array of different privative sitting/sunbathing spaces where it is just a dream to be. Here you also find the heated swimming pool, palm trees, an exterior bedroom and a passage leading to little romantic benches with fantastic views all around the foot of the property. There is also an outdoor kitchen. This property is well finished and comes with all the amenities. It is perfect for people that are fond of comfort and privacy.
