Fully Reformed, Wheelchair-Accessible Bungalow in La Cala de Mijas This one-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow in La Cala de Mijas was originally a two-bedroom home. It has been fully reformed and reconfigured to allow wheelchair access, giving more generous space throughout. It’s a comfortable, move-in-ready home for anyone with reduced mobility, and equally appealing as a low-maintenance holiday or lock-up-and-leave base on the Costa del Sol. The contemporary interior offers 62 m² of living space, finished to an excellent standard following the recent refurbishment. The bright living area flows onto a 15 m² private terrace facing south-east, which catches the morning and midday sun and looks out over the sea and gardens. The kitchen is fully fitted, and the bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Hot and cold air conditioning, double glazing and fibre optic internet make it comfortable and practical all year round. It’s sold fully furnished, with the furniture optional. The bungalow sits on a 131 m² plot within an established urbanisation, with landscaped communal gardens and a communal swimming pool. Parking is available on the street. The location is hard to beat. La Cala’s village centre, shops, schools and public transport are all close by, the beach is just a short distance away, and several of the Costa del Sol’s best golf courses are on the doorstep.
